个人简介姜晓宏,南京大学生命科学学院教授,博士生导师。国家青年拔尖人才入选者。聚焦代谢性疾病方向研究,以第一或通讯作者(含共通讯)在Circulation Research、PNAS、Nat Commun、Diabetologia、J Extracell Vesicles等学科一流期刊发表SCI论文30余篇曾获教育部自然科学一等奖,江苏省医学科学一等奖,任江苏省生理科学学会会青委会主任委员。 研究方向从事哺乳动物代谢性疾病的研究,专注于糖脂代谢时空调控,尤其是肥胖导致的Ⅱ型糖尿病和心血管疾病。主要是从转录和转录后加工水平对线粒体的功能进行研究,从线粒体的生理功能到病理转变的全新角度,解释多种代谢性疾病潜在的分子生物学机制与联系。对各种代谢性疾病,尤其是肥胖引起的代谢综合症,从回复线粒体功能,恢复机体能量平衡的角度寻找新的更有效治疗途径和药物靶点。 专注于糖脂代谢时空调控,以及肥胖和糖尿病发病机制研究,取得一系列研究成果,在Nature communications, PNAS, Diabetologia等权威杂志发表高水平研究论文30余篇,获得高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖自然科学一等奖一项,江苏省医学科技奖一等奖一项。 主要研究方向:
