个人简介李菁,生命科学学院副教授,博士生导师。2011年于南京大学获理学博士学位。2011-2017年任南京大学助理研究员。2017年起担任南京大学副教授。2019年赴剑桥大学Institute of Metabolic Science访问一年。 研究方向主要方向一:糖脂稳态调节及其代际传递与调控机制 1. 新型分泌因子RNAkine在糖脂稳态调节中的生理病理作用。 糖脂稳态失衡是导致肥胖和2型糖尿病等诸多代谢综合征。本课题组的研究发现,糖脂稳态的调节依赖多器官共同作用,不仅有传统信号分子参与细胞间的信息传递,近年来还发现细胞外RNA作为重要的新一类细胞分泌因子RNAkine也参与到糖脂稳态的器官间/细胞间交流过程中。本课题组致力于探究在肥胖、2型糖尿病和肿瘤等病理过程中,细胞外RNA因子对系统性及区域性糖脂稳态调节和影响,重点进行不同病理条件下功能性RNA因子的发现和功能探究,发现新的介导糖脂稳态的分泌因子,完善糖脂稳态调节机制。
病理状态下RNA因子介导的器官间及区域糖代谢调节 2. 糖脂稳态的代际间传递及机制研究。 流行病学调查显示,代谢表型存在明显的代际遗传效应。表观遗传学是介导代谢表型代际遗传的重要机制。本课题组将进一步探究高龄及现代生活等不良环境因素下,糖脂表型的代际遗传现象,并重点以细胞外RNA因子为切入点探究传递机制。
主要方向二:基于细胞外RNA原理的RNAi疾病治疗策略。 RNAi基因治疗技术自提出以来广受关注,具有重大的应用前景。本课题组致力于开发siRNA在体内高效、无副作用及具有靶向性的递送方式。为重大疾病(例如胶质母细胞瘤、脑卒中)等重大疾病提供潜在的治疗策略。 学术兼职工作经历科研成果1.
