个人简介

      文钟灵博士,南京大学生命科学学院准聘助理教授/研究员,博士生导师。

      于2020年在南京大学获理学博士学位,2021-2023年在南京大学从事博士后研究工作。研究方向为植物与根际微生物互作生态机理,微生物分子生态与功能,植物分子代谢及其生物合成调控。代表性研究成果发表在Hortic ResEnviron MicrobiomeEnviron ResJ Hazard MaterEnviron PollutMicrob BiotechnolBiol Fertil Soils等本领域知名期刊上。近五年主持国家级科研项目4项,并作为主要负责人参与项目3。任江苏省植物生理学会理事。担任Hortic ResEnviron MicrobiomeSci Total Environ、BMC Plant BiolPlant Soil等杂志审稿人。

研究方向

      1. 植物与根际微生物互作生态机理;

      2. 微生物分子生态与功能;

      3. 植物分子代谢及其生物合成调控。



主要研究介绍:

      从事植物与根际微生物的互作的生态机理研究,涉及生物、非生物环境胁迫对微生物群落结构、遗传与功能多样性的影响及其评价,聚焦土壤微生物群落分子多样性度量,评估植物与根际微生物互作对植物生长、次生代谢物形成、产量等性状的作用;借助人工合成群落手段,提高各类胁迫环境下作物生长产量,探索以根入药植物的次生代谢生物合成及其调控,并阐明相应分子生态机制。

      至今已在土壤生态学、环境生物学、微生物学、植物药化药理等领域国际SCI期刊(包括Hortic ResJ Hazard MaterEnviron MicrobiomeEnviron Res等)发表相关研究或评述论文50篇(其中第一/通讯作者身份论文20篇),获2022年第四季度“Wiley威立中国开放科学高贡献作者称号;申请国家专利5近年来主持国家级项目4项,包括国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、中国博士后科学基金2项、国家外国专家个人类项目(Y) 1项;作为主要骨干,参与国家级项目3项。在第十一届低pH值下植物-土壤相互作用国际会议及江苏省遗传学会2024年学术年会作大会报告和大会青年科学家报告
