个人简介赵权,南京大学生命科学学院教授、博士生导师,入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”、江苏省“333 高层次人才培养工程” 第二层次人才。1988 年毕业于南京大学生物化学系,获理学学士学位;2002 年毕业于澳大利亚墨尔本La Trobe University生物化学系,获博士学位。2006年入职南京大学生命科学学院,长期致力于基因转录与表观遗传调控机制研究。以通讯作者在Nature Structural & Molecular Biology、Nature Communications、Blood、Nucleic Acids Research、Cell Death & Differentiation、Genome Medicine、Cancer Research、Journal of Biological Chemistry等国际权威期刊发表系列研究成果。作为项目创始人,牵头研发1 类抗肿瘤靶向创新药 CA1257,已获美国 FDA与中国 NMPA临床试验(IND)批准,正在开展实体瘤临床研究。 研究方向研究方向: 1. 基因转录及表观遗传学调控机制; 2. 癌症的发生机理与防治研究 主要研究介绍: 基因表达调控是生命活动的核心机制。表观遗传调控(包括组蛋白修饰、DNA 修饰等)作为基因表达的关键调控方式,深度参与细胞命运决定,已成为生命科学领域发展迅速的前沿方向。 本课题组聚焦基因转录与表观遗传调控,系统解析生物大分子的修饰特征、新型分子识别机制及其生理病理功能。研究重点围绕肺癌、结直肠癌、乳腺癌、胃癌、脑胶质瘤、黑色素瘤、白血病等恶性肿瘤,以及血红蛋白病等遗传性血液病,阐明疾病发生发展的关键分子事件,揭示细胞内外信号对基因表达的时空调控规律,阐释肿瘤恶性增殖、异常分化、侵袭转移及细胞重编程的核心机理,为重大疾病的个体化精准治疗提供新靶点与新策略。在此基础上,课题组进一步开展创新药物研发与临床转化研究,推动基础研究成果向临床应用落地。 学术兼职中国生物化学与分子生物学学会理事; 江苏省生物化学与分子生物学学会副理事长 工作经历科研成果代表性论文: 1.
